By accessing bytestackone.in or enrolling in any ByteStackOne program or course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Eligibility & accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when you apply and to meet the stated prerequisites. If you are a minor, you should have a parent or guardian's consent to enroll.

Enrollment & fees

Enrollment is confirmed after your application is accepted and the applicable one-time fee is paid. Fees and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Educational nature — no guarantee

Our programs are educational. We provide mentorship, real projects, certificates, resume support and scheduled interviews with tie-up partners. We do not guarantee employment, a stipend, or any specific outcome — what happens in interviews depends on you.

Conduct & attendance

You agree to participate in good faith, treat peers and mentors respectfully, and meet attendance and code-of-conduct requirements. Excessive absence (3+ weeks) or misconduct may result in removal from the cohort without refund.

Third-party AI tools

Some programs (including Ship 12) require your own accounts for third-party tools such as a Claude account. You are responsible for your usage and for complying with those providers' terms. ByteStackOne adds no markup — you pay those providers directly.

Intellectual property

Our curriculum, case-study materials and program content are owned by ByteStackOne and provided for your personal learning; please don't redistribute them. You own the projects and code you build (subject to any third-party licenses); we may showcase your public work with credit.

Certificates

Certificates are issued once you complete the program requirements — for example, all deliverables deployed and reviewed by mentors.

Limitation of liability

The site and programs are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteStackOne is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a program.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
