ByteStackOne is a programming education company with one goal: closing the gap between what colleges teach and what engineering teams actually do. We built the Industry-Integrated Internship Program because we noticed the same pattern — graduates who knew the theory but had never shipped a feature, opened a pull request, or navigated a code review with real stakes.

IIIP is our answer to that problem. It is not a course. It is not a bootcamp. It is a simulation of a real junior-developer job, mentored by engineers currently working at Dell, NetApp, Intel, Salesforce, Amazon, and Google. Students leave with a deployed application, a public GitHub record, and scheduled interviews — not a certificate that gathers dust.
