ByteStackOne ("we", "us") operates bytestackone.in and provides programming-education programs (the Industry-Integrated Internship Program and Ship 12) and self-paced courses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

When you apply to a program or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, city, education (college, degree, branch, year of study), your program and track preferences, skill level and availability, optional GitHub / LinkedIn / resume links, and your message or motivation. We also receive any emails you send us.

We use your information to evaluate and process your application, communicate about admissions, scheduling and the program, provide career support, and improve our site and programs. With your consent, we share relevant details with placement tie-up partners to arrange interviews. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing & service providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate — for example, our email host (Hostinger) to send and receive mail, and hosting/database providers to run the site. They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and support your participation and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
